Conditions of Hire.
Hirers
Must have a valid UK driving licence, with no more than 6 penalty points, and be aged 25-70. Persons outside this criteria can be considered at extra cost to our insurance company. Please contact us for details.
The hirer will be held personally liable for all traffic offences whilst the vehicle is in your hire, i.e.speeding, parking fines etc. Upon collection of your vehicle it will be supplied full to the top of diesel, on return the vehicle will be refuelled and you will simply pay for the fuel used.
Insurance
You will be held liable for the first £500 of any insurance claim, if deemed to be the drivers fault, this is the same if the vehicle is damaged or vandalised by a third party and details of the third party cannot be supplied. You may pay a extra £10 per day CDW Insurance, this is a Collision Damage Waiver Insurance, and reduces the excess of the insurance to £100, if you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
European Hire
We are able to offer European Hire, please contact us with dates and destination and we will put together a very competitive package.
Discounts
We may be able to offer further discounts and special rates, we will require further information to give you a competitive quote, such as collection and return times and approximate mileage you intend to cover whilst you hire a vehicle.
Additional Drivers
You may add as many additional drivers as you like, however there will normally be a small admin charge for this service, please ask for details.
Upon Collection Of Your Vehicle
We will require a simple form to be filled in and signed, you will also need to bring with you both parts of your driving licence, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill, or bank statement.
We pride ourselves in making the whole process as simple and easy as possible, and you will be on the road very quickly.
We have secure parking on site, if you need to leave a vehicle with us.
Opening Times
Our normal opening times for Van Hire is 8am – 7pm, 7 days a week, however we will always try and accommodate customers as much as possible.
All our fleet are covered by the AA for both Recovery and Roadside Assistance for our customers peace of mind.
